Securely store your medication
All of our drug carts are designed and manufactured in compliance with the NHS Health Building Note (HBN) 14-02 guidelines for the construction of medicines cupboards. In accordance with these recommendations, all cupboards are constructed from metal to meet the requirements of BS 2881.
Additionally, each cart includes a hasp for securing it to a wall. This is essential, as the HBN specifies that mobile cupboards must be provided with appropriate anchor points to ensure safe tethering.
HBN 14-02 offers best practice guidance for the planning of new healthcare environments, as well as the adaptation or extension of existing facilities. As such, it serves as a valuable resource for selecting the most appropriate solution, helping you avoid premature replacement of your carts and the associated unnecessary expenditure.
