We have partnered with The Electric Car Scheme to promote the adoption of electric cars amongst employees, reducing our carbon footprint and contributing to a more sustainable path forward.

Dalen Healthcare continuously upgrades its machinery to improve quality and reduce waste. Each new, energy-efficient machine boosts performance and reduces our carbon footprint.
3D Printing
Where possible, we have moved from trialling prototype designs out of steel to PLA (Polylactic Acid), a versatile biodegradable plastic.

We collaborate with local waste collection companies to recycle steel off-cuts, cardboard, paper, and plastics.

As a UK manufacturer, we partner with local suppliers to source raw materials, significantly reducing our carbon footprint compared to international sourcing.
Creating a Circular Economy: Recycled Worktops
We can now offer environmentally friendly worktops manufactured with 100% recycled plastic.
This marks a significant stride in our commitment to eco-friendly practices, as we continually strive to contribute to a greener world.
Sourcing from local suppliers
Our supplier recycles discarded waste that would otherwise end up in a landfill, they then use this waste to create high-quality and eco-friendly worktops. By diverting waste from landfills and transforming it into something we can use, we are closing the loop on discarded waste. Our worktops are not just sustainable; they’re part of a larger movement to change how we use, reuse, and repurpose to minimise waste and environmental negative impact.
